We offer seasonal rates to provide the best value for your stay in the beautiful Far North. Here’s a simple guide to our pricing and booking process to ensure everything is clear and straightforward for you.

What Your Nightly Rate Includes

To make your stay as comfortable and seamless as possible, your nightly rate is all-inclusive. There are no hidden fees.

• Exclusive use of the entire 3-bedroom house for up to 5 guests.

• High-speed Fibre Wi-Fi.

• Hotel-quality linen and bath towels.

• Standard cleaning fee upon departure.

• All local taxes (GST).

Currency & Secure Payments

• Official Currency: Please note that all our rates are officially quoted and charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

• Currency Converter: For your convenience, our website has a currency selector tool. This will show you an estimated price in your local currency, which should be used as a guide only.

• Final Payment: All payments are securely processed by our trusted partner, Stripe. The final amount charged to your credit card will be the NZD total, converted by your bank or card issuer at the exchange rate applicable on the day of the transaction.

Security Deposit (Bond)

A refundable security deposit of $500 NZD is required for all bookings. This is to cover any potential damages, breakages, or the need for excessive cleaning after your stay.

Please note, this is not an upfront charge. The deposit is processed as a pre-authorisation on your credit card 1 days prior to your arrival. This means the funds are temporarily held but not debited from your account.

The hold is automatically released by our system within 7 days of your departure, provided the property is left in good order and in accordance with our rental agreement.

Booking Details

• Book in Advance: You can book your stay up to 550 days in advance – perfect for planning that special trip!

• Minimum Stay: A 2-night minimum stay applies to all bookings. This may be longer during peak holiday periods.
